Herdsman

McCoy Cattle Co. is a 300 head purebred cattle operation.

We are looking for a full-time herdsman who can assist with the daily duties on our purebred and commercial cattle operation.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

 – Feeding of livestock

– Operation and maintenance of farm equipment

– Assisting with animal processing, sorting and moving

– Summer duties include: fencing, baling, hauling bales, water management, pasture management

Experience with cattle is not necessary, but is an asset. Individual must be willing to work with others. A valid driver’s license is required. This position is physically demanding and the majority of the work is outside in all elements of Saskatchewan weather!

Wage will be determined based on experience.
