South Enterprise Farms
Looking for a full time/part time well motivated individual to work on a family grain farm.
Farm is located approximately an hour east of Medicine Hat, AB and 60 kms north of Maple Creek, SK.
Some of the duties include but not limited to are”:
Operation and general maintenance of various equipment.
Hauling seed and fertilizer to drill. Haul water to sprayer, land rolling, picking rocks, grain cart operator, grain hauling etc. Upon experience, jobs such as seeding, spraying and combining would also be included.
Must be able to operate and perform routine maintenance on farm equipment.
Must be willing to work long hours in busy seasons with strong work ethics, communication skills and positive attitude.
Wages are negotiable and depends on experience and skills and will be discussed at time of interview.
Housing can be discussed upon interview. Smaller towns are within 22-42 kms from the farm.
Class 1 license would be a asset.
Will be required to provide at least one reference when applying for position.
Preference given to non-smokers with an agricultural background.
Willing to train the right person.
